General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, onboarding access, software-related resources, consultations, training materials, and business support services, many payments made to MTP may be non-refundable once services have started or access has been granted.
Software & Digital Services
Fees related to software access, onboarding systems, CRM setup, automation services, digital resources, downloadable materials, templates, or related digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Training & Mentorship
Payments for training programs, mentorship services, consultations, coaching, educational resources, onboarding support, or strategy sessions may be non-refundable once services have been delivered, scheduled, or accessed.
Subscription or Recurring Services
If applicable, recurring services or subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests do not guarantee refunds for prior payments already processed.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact MTP directly regarding billing concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks with financial institutions. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination of services, collection efforts, or legal action when appropriate.
Exceptions
Refund exceptions, if approved, are granted solely at the discretion of MTP and may depend on the nature of the service, timing of the request, usage of resources, onboarding progress, or other relevant factors.
